Traditional Caribbean main course of rice and beans, prepared two ways - both accompanied by an explosion of flavors including organic garlic, onions and infused with intensely delicious spices. Each dish is also made with fresh thyme, home-grown Panamanian chilies and locally sourced coconut milk to create an incredibly complex and unforgettable evening meal.
Two entree options: Locally caught Swordfish or Savory Oxtail.
Each course will be served with your choice of red or white wine. (BYOB is also encouraged - NO corkage fee).
