But be aware that this river can (almost) dry up during the summer months of January, February and March.

Poza Azul Waterfall is located on the outskirts of Dominicalito, 3.5 kilometers south of Dominical and 1 kilometer east of Costanera (route 34). You need to take the exit next to the bus stop, cross the town, after crossing a small bridge, turn right. It's only 1 minute, you will see a parking lot on the left; The entrance to the waterfall is on the right (facing the parking lot). Currently there is a sign indicating Poza Azul. It's a very short walk; But quite steep and some people will have some difficulty walking on the tree roots. It is recommended not to leave any valuable items in the car.
